Fees and Subscription

We reserve the right to change our Fees (including adding new Fees) from time to time, which shall be stated on the Site and which shall be binding on you if you continue to maintain or use the Services after the effective date for imposing the revised Fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, email [email protected] with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line. Following any cancellation, you will no longer have access to any subscription remaining. All cancellations are non-refundable.
You may replace the plan for your subscription at any time. Following any replacement, you will have access to the new plan for your subscription and you will no longer have access to the subscription plan previously replaced. Any subscription remaining in the plan previously replaced is not accessible and non-refundable.
You acknowledge that PT Midtrans (“Midtrans”) will be used by Dreamaxtion as the payments gateway to receive Fees for the use of Services. Dreamaxtion exercises no authority or control over Midtrans, and is not responsible for error by Midtrans.
No-Refund Policy
THE FEES (INCLUDING THE FEE FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICES AND ANY OTHER FEES) CHARGED BY DREAMAXTION SHALL BE PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Assumption of Risk
YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE AND THE INTERNET. Text Message Policy
By joining our platform, the user agrees to be notified by Dreamaxtion via text message for (but not limited to) their job search, job application, and job interviews for the phone number used upon sign up. Dreamaxtion will not send unsolicited, undesired, or illegal email messages to registered phone numbers. User may choose to unsubscribe from undesired text messages via their account settings.
Fair Use Policy
We want to give Dreamaxtion users a fair opportunity to enjoy the platform. Any misuse of the website by way of cheating and fraud that violates the fair use of the platform for all its constituents, including but no limited to its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, will be subject to warning, suspensions, and other legal action corroborate to the transgression. Attempting to misuse the Dreamaxtion platform will not be tolerated and includes, but is not limited to: (a) providing company contact information to candidates when not allowed; (b) encouraging candidates to send contact details; (c) repeatedly posting jobs on the platform whether to increase individual exposure an thereby spamming our job board or other reasons; and (d) creating multiple company accounts, especially if the intent is to evade purchasing a package.
Governing Law
This agreement shall treated as though executed, set in force, and performed in the country of the Indonesia. Accordingly, it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indonesia in terms of those applicable to agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes
Any causes of action by you with respect to our website must be instituted within 1 (one) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in these Term of Service and Conditions of Use.
